Imap Receiver error

Hi,
all of the sudden, my IMAP receiver stops to retrieve emails, getting an error of user\password wrong.

I try to reset it a few times, doesn't work. I think there should be a file that logs this to give me more details, but I'm not able to find it. I've only fund in /var/www/html/files/_log php-errors.log, that has today has last modify date, and found this:

Hi, got exactly the same issue after yesterday the IMAP receiver stoped working, this are my options:

{smtp.office365.com:587/imap/ssl/novalidate-cert/tls}INBOX/GLPI

any help?

I understand the workaround but how would we be able to connecto to Exchange with a diferent tool and not basic authentication, is that possible?
