database upgrade/version upgrade trouble 0.84.5>10.0.3

Hi, I am currently running glpi v.0.84.5. I set up a brand new server running latest build 10.0.3. I dumped the DB from the old server and restored to blank DB on new server. The new server detected that the DB needed upgrading. The upgrade process iterates through its upgrade sequences until v9.2 and error. Is there a recommended way to continue the upgrade process at this stage? Known issue?

Is there a better or recommended upgrade path/procedure to go from 0.84.5 to latest build?

Does glpi_slas currently exists in DB?
