Hello all, I am looking to migrate over from my company's current helpdesk to GLPI; however, my leadership has specifically requested that our new solution be able to support either bulk ticket creation or the ability to import tickets from something like a CSV template. Does GLPI offer something like that?

There is the data injection plugin that lets you import CSVs for some item types, but it isn't for Tickets.
If you need help migrating data from another platform, your best option would probably be to reach out to one of the official GLPI partners.
