GLPI 10.0.2 - Cloning - Loss of Attachments and Requester

Hello,

I have version 10.0.2 of GLPI. We switched to it, we are leaving version 9.4.

When we cloned a ticket we kept the attachments and the requester. But since GLPI 10.0.2 during the cloning we lose the PCs and the requestor.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem please?

Hello,

In 9.4 there was no native clone functionality. I believe you were using the behaviors plugin which added this.

Indeed, no linked elements like technicians, requesters, assets, etc. is currently only cloned by native functionality. This appears to be a feature request that can be made on the UserEcho website.
