GLPI Agent always in root entity

GLPI 10.0.3
Agent 1.4

glpi/front/agent.php -> deleted all agents

Running "C:\Program Files\GLPI-Agent\glpi-agent" --force on server.
Agent appears in GLPI at glpi/front/agent.php
However it is in the Root entity?!

I've setup glpi/front/ruleimportentity.php with (disabled OCS rule for testing):
Active yes
Logical and
criteria: Source is GLPI
Actions: Entity assign Root > myentity

Same for objects.
If I go to glpi/front/refusedequipment.php I can see elements but when I switch to myentity I see: No item found

Is there anything else that need to be setup?

Okay.. is some sort of bug. If I setup the rule like:
Active yes
Logical and
criteria: TAG is mytag
Actions: Entity assign Root > myentity
And run "C:\Program Files\GLPI-Agent\glpi-agent" --force --tag=mytag

it suddenly works for the agent..
