Hello all,
I'm trying to the projects feature from GLPI 10.0.3 but everytime i try to create an ticket from a project task i always get the error "You don't have permission to perform this action."
I've tested with several users and even with super-admin accounts i get the same error never allowing me to create the ticket associated with the task.
I've also tried to see if could be a permission on the profiles but there is none that states tickets in the projects.
I'm litterally stuck on this one and no amount of google searches and forum searches let me get to a conclusion.
Hope someone can help me on this one.
Best Regards
Tiago Chaves

Do you have anything in the "files/_log/access-errors.log" log?

Let me just start to thank you for your help.
Indeed i have this on the acess-errors.log :
2022-10-04 17:34:06 [7@glpi]
User ID: 7 tried to access or perform an action on /front/projecttask_ticket.form.php with insufficient rights. Additional information: User failed a can* method check for right 4 (CREATE) on item Type: ProjectTask_Ticket ID: -1
Stack Trace:
/usr/share/glpi/src/CommonDBTM.php:2998 displayRightError()
/usr/share/glpi/front/projecttask_ticket.form.php:49 check()
The weird bit is this user is a Super-Admin with every permission checked.
Any idea of what it could be?

Are you clicking on the text "Create a ticket from this task" or just clicking add?
The UI may need changed here to make it clearer, but the Add button is used with the dropdown to link existing tickets, not to add a new ticket from the task.
I only get the error you describe if I click "Add" without selecting an existing ticket from the dropdown.

Ok that was my problem, i was clicking add instead of clicking the text!!
Thank you very much for this clarification.
