Permissions for Reservation Manager

We are handing the management of reservations of to the receptionist. I have set her up as a Reservation Manager and have checked that the profile has all the rights for reservation management checked. However, if she makes a reservation for another user she is unable to see the details if she goes to edit it. She just gets a blank white box with 'Edit Reservation' at the top.
I don't want to give her admin rights, what do I need to set up so that she can see and manage all reservations?

GLPI version 10.0.2 on Ubuntu 22.04LTS

For anyone with the Reservation Manager profile to be able to edit reservations they have to have Read attributes for any asset groups that have items that can be reserved.
