Receiver does not retrieve emails INBOX, it retireves other folder

I have GLPI 10.0.2 installed on Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye).    The PHP version is  v8.1.8.   The Apache version is 2.4.54. 

My Receiver won't grab new emails from the INBOX.  However I made a test folder and success...my Receiver retrieves new emails from the test folder and creates tickets.  I see the Inbox folder in Outlook is named Inbox.  GLPI sees it as INBOX.   I believe that does not matter.  I am using IMAP with 0Auth.

Have anyone else had this issue?
