We have a user that is missing from all lists. This user should be able to request a ticket and and be assigned as a technician. the user is assigned our Technician profile. In users for the group her name is highlighted in red. Dynamic and Active are check marked.
We can not assign this user a ticket as a technician and I can not create a ticket with this user as a requester. It does not find the in the list. If I try to add the user via LDAP I get a message that the user already exists.
We have been able to assign them tickets in the past, but now we can't find them in any drop down list. If you go to Administration | Users you can't find then there either.
Any ideas?

If the user is highlighted in red, it means they are deleted. Go to the Users search page and click the toggle next to the trash icon under the search criteria to see deleted user. You can then find and open their user form and restore them.
