hi to all i need to set up business rules for ticket based on text strings in the ticket follow-up. i tried to set up a rule that loosk for specific words in a folllow up.
i tried with this criteria:
Last update - contains - example
and applied the rule in add/update.
what am i doing wrong?

Last Update refers to the modification date. The Ticket rules have no criteria for followup or task content.
