Under management -> lines we have a nice tool to track phone lines. You can link them to tickets if you go to
Administration - > Profiles -> Profile your wanting -> Assistance: Associable items to a ticket
and add it to the list.
What I am hoping for is a tickets tab while looking at the lines. This way you can identify lines having regular issues etc. I thought that existed in V9 but I can't seem to find it or enable it in 10.

That tab doesn't exist currently for Lines, but feel free to suggest it for consideration in a future version on the suggestion website.
