Hi, we're on 10.0.2. In past versions, when viewing ticket followups, the display of the followup was limited to a certain length with an ellipsis "button" on each followup that allowed you to expand the followup to read more of it. Now, all followups are expanded by default, and it's much more difficult to read. Some followups can get very long, and scrolling through them all was much easier when they were collapsed by default, and option to expand was there. Is there an option/setting I am missing to bring back this functionality? Thanks!
