Good morning,
I'd like to create some SLAs for our helpdesk but I can't find any good instructions that explain how to do so. Can someone point me to a resource that explains how to do this or give me some pointers on how to do this? Thanks.

Service Levels can be configured in Setup > Service Levels. There, you can make SLMs (set of SLAs/OLAs) and then create the individual SLAs/OLAs with target response times and target resolution times.
