I have installed plugin "Oauth IMAP" and it is connected to my Azure site. I did this because Microsoft will soon end basic authentication and switch to modern authentication.
This plugin works just fine, all my email are coming and I can send followups to users.
But there is a small thing that is bothering me, a nuisance really:
email that we use for ticketing (for example: helpdesk@domain.com) is added automatically to every ticket created as Observer.
Is this suppose to be like that?
And is there a way to remove my helpdesk email as observer from tickets?

I found the solution.
Sometimes you just need to read documentation a bit slower
Anyway, here is a solution:
Go to Setup > Receivers and click on your receiver.
In "Name" field, enter your email address (for example helpdesk@domain.com) instead of a name you entered
This way, your "helpdesk email address" will not be added as Observer to every ticket.
