Hi!
I'm pretty sure I have a wrong setting somewhere so I'm not posting an issue on the Github, but I can't find it.
As a "self-service" user, when I create a ticket, I can add an observer. This works but when saving the ticket, the observer disappears.
When I go to the ticket, the field is greyed out. How can I enable self-service users to add observers? They used to be able to do that in previous versions, at least on 9.6.x.
Thanks !

I have the same problem in this version.

Thanks. As I'm not alone, it likely indicates a bug: I will open an issue on the Github.

I confirm that I have the same problem and that the proposed fix does not solve it.
