[SOLVED] [GLPI 9.5.5] Access to the Default GLPI Super-Admin Account

Hello everyone,

I have recently restored the "html/" files and database for GLPI 9.5.5.
The html files were backed up in a tar file, and the database was created at the same time with mysqldump.

The problem is that when logging into the 'glpi' account using the proper password, I get the following message:

Vous n'avez pas accès à cette application car votre compte a été désactivé ou supprimé

I have tried to manually enable the account through MySQL by changing the "is_active" column value to "1" for user 'glpi', but it goes back to 0 after trying to log in and I get the same message.

Is there a way to keep the account 'glpi' active? Or is there a reason for the account to be disabled when trying to log in? Any ideas?

My team has managed to find the issue.

For the sake of free knowledge, the reason lied with rules and triggers set to disable locals accounts when LDAP is running.
