Reopen Ticket - service catalog simplified (form creator)

Hi


I'm using Form Creator, and leaving to use the service catalog simplified, the side bar with ticket information is not displayed.

The problem is that I didn't find a way to make it possible to reopen the call, in case the side bar doesn't appear.

Is there any solution?
