ERROR_RIGHT_MISSING, You don't have permission to perform this action

Hi

I got this error:
    "ERROR_RIGHT_MISSING",
    "You don't have permission to perform this action."
when trying to get item "itilcategory"

I have two glpi URL
Both have the same profile setup but the second one got this error
the error will gone if I change the profile to be the standard interface
but the first URL is using a simplified interface with no error

am I missing any setup? can anyone tell me where my mistake is?
