Good morning everyone.
In the company we have updated GLPI to 10.0.2.
I have a couple of information to ask.
With 9.5 version we used the "Protocols Manager" plugin to manage the sending of company goods delivery forms.
This plugin will no longer be supported by the developer. Do you know of another "method" to manage the automatic sending of delivery / return documents for company assets?
Another question, where can I find a guide to manage corporate copiers, to detect the number of prints and the status of the toner? With the previous version, by setting the Kyocera OIDs, I was able to get this info. With new HP printers, both with 9.5 and 10.0.2 I can't. I get the message "printer not found".
