Hello,
me again............. the email notifications are really problematic. I want to have an message when a ticket is closed. If i am correct, the automatic job "queuednotification" is responsible for that. Also this job is not running automatically. Triggering manually works. These automatic jobs are a pain in the ass. How is that meant to work? I cant cronjob everything...
Second Problem: I closed a ticket and then i send an answer to the ticket with [GLPI #0000003] in the Subject. I am basically play through the situation that a ticket is closed but the customer has a question. What GLPI does now is opening a new ticket instead of putting my answer into the ticket. Also i expected the ticket to be re-opened again.

Recommend running ubuntu instead of windows duo to massive problems with cronjob on IIS
Second. In the "close ticket" state, you can change the form from "allow response" to no.

Hello Staffan,
we currently run it on Ubuntu. The problem maker is the internal GLPI automatic job. It is not properly running for whatever reason.
Thank you for the "Allow Response" Setting, i will check that
EDIT: I checked and the setting is set to YES. So it is set correct, but unfortunately it ignores when we answer to a closed ticket. Its not re-opening the ticket, nor putting the answer in the ticket.
