Paid support for GLPI

Hi, can anyone recommend a solid GLPI support provider for a municipal agency in the western US? We have worked with a few over the past 2 years, and haven't been very happy with response times (measured in weeks) as well as response accuracy/expertise. We end up using the forums or spending time to solve the issues ourselves, in effect paying twice. We love supporting the open source community and are happy to pay for high quality OSS support, but haven't had good luck so far.

Hello,

There are two GLPI partners in the USA currently.
Altnix, which has offices on the east and west coast, and BTG which is east coast.
You can find information about them including links to their websites on the GLPI partners page.
