Hello, prior to installing version 10, our technician had on the homepage a view to see all ticket that they where assigned a task on. That view seems to have disapeared in version 10. So right now the only way to find tickets with task a tech is assigned to is to create a list search manually. I have reviewed the forums, online searched and can't figure out if this view has been removed or not in order to identify if it is just my installation or the same for everyone else.
