Rearrange fields in ticket template for GLPI 9.5.1 or 10

I have been searching for the last 2 days and I can't seem to figure out how to rearrange fields in GLPI ticket template. I can hide them but not move them around.

I have additional fields plugin but when I created new field it is always at the bottom. I want to move it closer to the top or have it in a different area. Is this possible?
