[SOLVED] Access denied + file not found

Hi,

After upgrade to 10.0.2, via webgui the attached file seems to be there, but when I click on it I get the message file not found.

No TXT, PNG, PDF, etc. folder is created in /var/www/html/files.

I have even given permission 777 on the files folder and still the problem occurs.

I think your files are not there !

did you copy file from your previous version ?

there is also one possibilty that in your previous instance, your files where not in the web folder (glpi/files)(see here https://glpi-install.readthedocs.io/en/ … -locations ) in this case set the downstreeam.php file

I think your files are not there !

Ok, but even in new tickets, the attached files are not upload to the html/files folder.

Do I need to recreate the TXT, PDF folders, for example, or is it created automatically by glpi?

I recreated everything and now it work!..
