Mailgate attachment missing

hello i am using GLPI 9.5.7 on microsoft IIS, the mailgate does not accept any kind of attachment (we tried images and other documents ) i checked the filetypes and nothing is blacklisted in our system.

I already tried to search in this forum but while i found a lot of people who had this issue i wa s not able to find a solution.

Can someone help me?

if someone has a similar issue after checking files folder permission and sending a PDF attachment other formats were unlocked. not sure why the second step was needed but i t didn't work until we sent a PDF via mail.
