Emails stuck in queued notification

Hello,

I have 2220 Notification in queued notification(NOW) and I don't know why.

In automatic actions >  queuednotification :
Run frequency set on 1 min,
Status is Running
Run mode set in CLI (I create .bat(code : "C:\wamp64\bin\php\php7.4.26\php.exe" "C:\wamp64\www\glpi\front\cron.php") and I put it in task scheduler for run every min)
Run period from 0 to 24
Number of days this action logs are stored and Maximum emails to send at once set on 30
Last run : Never
Next run : Running

Notice : When I try to send email manuelly it sends successfully.

Please anyone can help me.

How can I clean the queued notification and send my emails.
