Dashboard does not update automatically - Self-Service

Good Morning

I'm using GLPI is 10.0.2 and Form Creator is 2.13.0-rc.2

On the dashboard that is on the screen of the user with Self-Service profile at the top of the screen, even with the clock icon activated, the automatic update is not being done. What do I need to configure so that the update is done automatically?

In your user preferences is an option "Automatically refresh data (tickets list, project kanban) in minutes." that affects this. The default value can also be set in Setup > General > Default values.
