Problem Fusion Inventory

Good afternoon

Please I need help regarding the Fusion Inventory, we implement it in the company in which I am working. Everything has worked correctly.

As there are several cities we have a server configured only with the GLPI.

But in a city does not ping the server, an external IP was created in which already takes the IP of the server, but when running the Fusion, Sale error 500 not connected to the server.

Could you help me please.
