Pls help to resolve this issue.
I've suddenly stopped receiving emails from my GLPI account, and the error message is as follows.
Failed to send test email to administrator

I made two attempts with various mail (one is gmail and another one is our official mail, we using office365 account).
In the past, when we configured it with our official account, everything was wonderful.

hello did you change anything in the old mailbox configuration in the o365 tenant?

No changes were made to O365.
But, when I checked my Gmail account, it was having the same problem.

we had a simlilar issue riassinging the glpi mailbox to another user, for some reason only the old one was worlking. the old one kept working flawerssly
