Glpi "exchange" for collectors

Good afternoon,

OK folks ?

I had a recent problem in which Microsoft is disabling IMAP connections from mail accounts, we currently use this method in email collectors to open tickets.

Will we have any update for connection via "exchange" ? Or do you know another way that you can use, because on October 1st Microsoft will definitely disable this type of connection.

Hi Abs,

Its not IMAP that is being discontinued, its using basic authentication to access it.

You should install the Oauth plugin and use that to open the IMAP connection.
Ideally directly connecting to O365 exchange online.
