Dear GLPI member,
We use around 3 years the support tickets with GLPI for our companies users and handle 12,000 tickets.
Now, I like to add the "Changes" function into our IT-Department. At the moment we use another tool and I like to switch the Changed to GLPI too.
After I checked the Changes function I found under Analysis the point "Control List".
In ITIL couln't find any topic about "Control List" in Changes, what does it mean?

No idea was it means with "Control List" ?

You can use it record things that the change would not be applied to (at least not right away) or otherwise be unaffected. I'm not sure if it is specifically outlined in ITIL or not.
