ERROR USING GAPP(android) WHIT GLPI 10 - COMMONDBTM

Hello friends, I have a problem... using the app (GAPP for android) whit GLPI(webinstance), when I click to see a call it returns an error called #ERROR_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND_NOR_COMMONDBTM -

(resource not found or not an instance of CommonDBTM; see documentation in your browser at -http://ourIP/glpi/apirest.php/#ERROR_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND_NOR_COMMONDBTM)

We are unable to open the ticket on android app

Can someone help me?
