GLPI 10 retrieve mails correctly but doesn't create tickets

Hello, I have GLPI 10 with a GMAIL receiver configured with Oauth IMAP. When I puss the "Get Email Tickets Now" I get this message:

The receiver is reaching the mailbox and it detects 354 mails, but doesn't import them. It worked with the first 10 messages and then stopped.

Any help will be appreciated.

I have this problem before and it looks like GLPI is importing email from the beginning of the email received in the mailbox rather from the latest. You may try change the import number from 10 to 400 at Automatic Actions - mailgate to see if it will work.

Thank you for replay, I have tried your solution but it didn't solve the problem.

Unfortunately I can't use GLPI before solving this issue, because I come from Spiceworks and my users are used to create tickets by email. I need this works.

Hi, Have you tried
Under Setup -> Receivers, try setting "Collect only unread mail" to Yes

Yes, I have. It is already set to "YES". This is my complete config:

omg...

Yes, that's the problem. I don't know why it changed, it worked at te begining with the first 10 emails. I didn't realize about it any more, sorry.
