Plugin Printer Counters

I'm using the printer counters plugin, on the record tab within the printer register it is collecting the information correctly, however when I go to the page counters tab, no information appears, what do I need to do to show this information in it? Is this a version issue?
I'm using GLPI version 10.0.2
