Error in the recipient's configuration

I am trying to configure the recipient, but the error always occurs ; error = stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to ssl://outlook.office365.com:993 (Network is unreachable) (errno = 0 ).
Does anyone know what this could be?

Depending on your Microsoft 365 Tennant POP3/IMAP-Settings have to be checked. POP3/IMAP are told "classic methods" in words of microsoft. Do you have a hybrid scenario or a cloud-only scenario ? Depending on that you have to configure your settings.
