Can't add watcher anymore

Hi,

I have updated to 10.0.2 and now those who open a ticket (self-service) can no longer add wtachers in the simplified interface. The form field exists, the watcher(s) are selected, but when submitting the call no watcher is registered. It is essential that this is working because a simple user must have the possibility to put his or her own manager as observer.

This is not the same issue: my field is editable and I can add watchers. But when I submit the ticket, they are not registered in the database.
