GLPI 10 Ticket Description - display

Hello
has anyone encountered a problem regarding the display of emails?

Sending the notification via e-mail. All text is consistent and has no gaps.
When the message reaches glpi, the text contains gaps between lines.
Sending a GLPI response to the user also has gaps between the lines.

rule to display text in email: ##ticket.description##

How to make the text without a gap?

Default message from email contains:

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;mso-fareast-language:PL">TEST TEST TEST</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;mso-fareast-language:PL">TEST TEST TEST</span></p>

and makes a gap.

this is what the message looks like sent without "enter"

There is a way to cheat this?
