Ticket Created after response From mobile

Hello GLPI experts,

I need your help! I'm using GLPI 10.0.2? we use Receivers to create tickets from email and it works perfectly.

Now, when our users answer from their mobile phone , the GLPI create a new tickets like "RE: <Description for ticket> "  instead of adding a new answer in our ticket


how can i fix this issue .

Sorry for that I can't figure your topic out. But did you ever have a problem about receiver? After i click (get email tickets now) The result show i got a 1 refused. Do you ever encountered a problem like this?

Please,

When we send an email GLPI create a new ticket with subject and description (body) ,  please how GLPI get the Subject of Ticket??
