LDAP Sync manuell import not working

Hello, I can see 5 not imported groups in my "GLPI  LDAP directories" page and if I select them all and then try to import them manually then I get the message "Operation successful", but the groups are NOT imported.

If I search for them I can not find them and they are also still shown on the "GLPI  LDAP directories" page.

I've tried looking into any error log file but I could not see any error shown related to my problem.

Does anyone have an idea or clue what the problem could be?

Which version of GLPI are you using?

Can you try importing just one of the groups? If it still fails, can you check the GLPI logs (files/_log/php-errors.log and files/_log/sql-errors.log) for any entries added around that time?

Yes, I've tried this already and there is no error showing neither in the php-errors.log or the sql-errors.log file
