glpi 10 mail collector

Hello,

I use GLPI 10.0.2 and I try to configure the mail collector but the problem is that I do the test I have this error message: An error occurred while connecting to the collector.
cannot login, user or password wrong.

On my Exchange 2016 server the imap4 is activated and the service is started, I can access my mailbox glpi@domaine.fr in ExchangeWeb

Do you have an idea ??

Setup:

Name (email): glpi@domaine.fr
active: yes
server: mail.domain.fr
Connection options: IMAP, SSL, --- NO-VALIDATE-CERT --- --- ---
Incoming messages folder:
Port (Optional):
Connection string: {mail.domaine.fr/imap/ssl/novalide-cert}
Identifiers: glpi@domaine.fr
Password: password
Archive folder for accepted emails (optional):
Rejected email archive folder (optional):
Maximum size of files imported by the collector: 2MiB
Use email date instead of collection date: No
Use "Reply to" as requester (if available): No
Add CC users as observers: No
Collect only unread emails: No

Hi malouuu35,
Not sure if you are using exchange on prem, but try setting Identifiers: glpi@domaine.fr
To be your internal domain name rather than public domain, ie glpi@domain.local
And make sure you reenter the password.

Hello, We are in the public domain name glpi@domaine.fr, I have already reset the passwords

i have the same problem. using exchange 2010 and can't connect to import emails.
any other solutions there?
