Add duration time on ticket

Hello,

I want to automaticly add time duration on ticket when user select specific category, is it possible ?

Idea is to prevent error when user close ticket with no time on task. We use behaviours plugin where we put  "Time required to close ticket" but for specific ticket category we don't want this behaviour.

You could utilize the Business Rules for Tickets to add a private task (based on a task template) with a duration when a ticket is created with the specified category.
