[GLPI 10] Notification template, timeline possibility

Hi,

1/ When I create a task, I receive an email with the task in yellow in timeline, but no indication of the expected time. It's possible ?

2/ When a technician replies with an attachment, it does not show up in the timeline, it's possible ?
