support any operator SIM CARDS or MSISDN inventory for a telecom co.

Dears,

For a telecom company, It is essential to know this:

Does your product(GLPI) support any operator SIM CARDS or MSISDN inventory?

In other words, I want to have any software for inventory of SIM CARDS or MSISDN.Does your product support these capabilities such as :

-Inventory of lifecycle
-lifecycle Template
-Resource Transfer, Stock in, Stock out, transfer to other warehouse
-...
Would you please help me to give some directions, guidelines  or remarks?
