Blank white screen when trying to update ticket details

I have just upgraded to 10.0.0.1 and have an issue with updating details on tickets.
As an example, I have a ticket with all the information except the assigned tech. If I use the person icon to add myself, all works. If I try to add someone else, white blank screen and the ticket is not updated.
If I have a ticket that I have to change the requester on, I remove the current and add the new one it and hit save. White blank screen.
If I have a new ticket and try to add the category and assign it to someone, white blank screen.
I get the following error in the php-error.log

I have logged it on Github as it looks like a bug, but I thought I would ask the brains trust and see if it just me doing something wrong.... hmm

It is a known bug with 10.0.1.
The fix is here:
https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/pull/11957

It will be included with 10.0.2.
