Hi,
The inventory works great and the pc are auto assigned to the correct entity.
Now I would like the same thing to happen for tickets as well, but actually I have all the new ticket in the root
how can i create a rule that leaves the ticket in the same position as the pc from which the ticket was opened?
I add that all users belong to the same mail domain and I cannot create rules based on the mail domain
I'm on GLPI 10 and all users and computers are domain members.
Can I route ticket based on computer DN or computer IP?
