Profiles->Vision->Show all tickets

Hi,

I have a profile for technicians.
In that profile, below "Vision" I can set  "Show all tickets" to Yes or No
When I set it to 'Yes', and the technician logs in,  he immediately sees the tickets assigned to him or his group. (on the frontpage, "your pending tickets") That's very nice and a desired behaviour for me.

But, when i activate "show all tickets" is the technician also able to see "all" tickets in tracking, and not only the tickets assigend to him or his group. I don't want that. I want him to only see tickets related to him or his group.

I can solve it by setting "Show all tickets" to "No" in his profile, but then he doesn't see his pending tickets on the frontpage when he logs in.
He does see his tickets below 'tracking' but I like him to be notified as soon as he logs in.
Is there a way to do this without giving him acces to all other tickets?

All the other settings under his profile/vision are set to 'YES'

Euhm, no, I see only "your planning" , "personal notes" and "public notes" but no pending tickets.
As soon as I enable "show all tickets" in that profile, I also see "pending tickets" and "tickets in progress", but else i don't see this.

Am I overlooking something?

Yes, I think so. Everything is set to "YES" exept "show all tickets" in the 'vision' section.
