[Solved]How to turn off banner dashboard on tickets screen?

How to turn off banner dashboard on tickets screen?
It's a nice looking banner but takes too much resource each time it loads.
Even if I removed all dashboard cards and leave a blank banner, the page loading freezes for about 3 seconds on that part.
Is there a way to turn it off?

Assistance>Tickets>The customize banner dashboard on the top.

In the user's preferences, they can set the dashboard option "Default for tickets (mini dashboard)" to none.
Globally, you can change the default value (but not override user preferences) in Setup > General > Default values tab.
