I'm creating a test environment and I'm using another URL

Hi,

I copied the files to the new directory
I created a new database with a different name
I changed the configuration of (config_db.php)

However, when entering the new URL I get:

This page is currently not working
homologservicedesk.domain.com cannot handle this request at this time.
HTTP ERROR 500

Do I need to change in another file?

Backup restore only will work

I didn't understand.

If I install with a specific url will it always work only on this url?

If I want to change my URL, do I need to perform any restoration procedure?

see setup>general>general setup tab>application URL
and
setup>general>API tab>API URL

but this shouldn' t lead to error 500

check any mistype in config_db.php : missing ';'
