Close pending tickets after 30 days of automatic inactivity

Hello,

I can't find a solution, I would like my pending tickets to be closed automatically after 30 days without answers.

Do you have a solution?

On this page you have the configuration of the time after which the tickets will be automatically closed.
If not with link, then Administration > Entities > Assistance tab

I found something like this, but I haven't tested yet: front/crontask.php  > pendingreason_autobump_autosolve

Automatically add followups for tickets that are in a pending status to try and get a response from or to remind an end-user of the pending reason. If the end-user doesn’t respond after a certain number of reminders, the ticket will be automatically resolved.

But I don't know where where can i set a certain number of reminders.
