Tickets for different entities

Good afternoon,

I have a problem for which i would like to receive some guidance because at this moment I'm completely lost.

So I'm trying to make GLPI to send the tickets to the right group of technicians according to the user choice (ITIL choice created by me)  (ex. Printer problems).

My test config for entity is
GLPI v. 10.0.1
Entity
> ROOT
     > Network problems
     > Computer problems
     > Printer problems

Users are synced from AD using LDAP.
Users are all synced in ROOT
The ideea is when a user creates a ticket (he choose lets say printer problems) -> I would like only the members of sub-entity "Printer Problems" to receive the ticket.
The sub-entities (like Printer Problems) have also assigned a group that have the users with privileges as technicians designated.
I also made the ticket rules that designates where the ticket should go automatically, but so far with no success.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciate.
